Planning Support
The model involves the integration of the Stage & Gate approach at two levels, managerial and strategic. This allows a constant monitoring of all stages and an assessment of the progress of the project.
Product Maturity
In the Technology Transfer Accelerator, the Stage & Gate approach is integrated by the Maturity Readiness Level (MRL), which allows to assign a level of Maturity to the Project to be used at the decision time.
Knowledge transfer and management
The Technology Transfer Accelerator service is aimed at companies operating in the field of Life Science for the transfer of product, related know-how, and related production process. In the situation where a company has to change site or production scale, from laboratory, to pilot plant or to production plant, PTM follows the transfer of technology together with the wider and complex process of knowledge transfer.
In Technology Transfer PTM projects not only considers the technology transfer system, but also the Knowledge Transfer, which plays a fundamental role in not dispersing important information about the product and the process.
