In a complex system such as the pharmaceutical one, KM takes on strategic significance as the tool used to transform a large amount of data into actionable and communicative information that can be processed by different users for different purposes, such as the confirmation of product quality (CQAs) or the development and life-cycle of the product and associated technology, up to the management of the organization and associated resources. One of the aims of our courses is to show how the innovative approach to mapping proposed by PTM through the versatile Cymapp tool. optimizes the process of knowledge management and sharing between different business functions (quality, production, R&D), inevitably animated by different purposes.

Mapping means entering processes and becoming aware of how much and what information you have before you even begin a process of managing that knowledge. PTM Consulting has developed its own mapping mode through which to manage the complexity of the processes, be they production, organizational or data.
