PTM Consulting has developed and implemented the TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER ACCELERATOR (TTA) service for companies operating in Life Science and engaged in the transfer of a product, related know-how, and the related production process.
The courses dedicated to the TTA include the presentation of this model through its main tools (i.e. the Stage & Gate, the Maturity Readiness Level, the system of performance indicators OTIFOB) and how these can be used to support decision making and for effective Project Risk Management.
